- Chong Li Ming heads to his father’s. All the servants have been killed. He searches for his father. His father has also passed.
- The officials gets news that the Empress Dowager has also passed.
- Rui Zhen visits Zhe Yu Wang Ye and Yu Chu. He gives him two keys to Yan Shi Fan. They want him to be the leader. They need three keys, including the one with Chong Li Ming.
Chong Li Ming Mopes Around
- Chong Li Ming drinks and cries. Xian Er stays and comforts him.
- Chong Li Ming gets orders to become the next Yan Shi Fan leader. He faints from overdrinking.
- The elders of Yan Shi Fan are angry De Qi Wang Ye gave Chong Li Ming the leader position. Yu Chu visits Chong Li Ming and tells him to go outside and stop moping.
- De Qi Wang Ye summons Chong Li Ming. Yu Chu reports to her uncle, Zhe Yu Wang Ye. He tells her to watch Chong Li Ming’s moves.
- De Qi Wang Ye tells Chong Li Ming the Empress Dowager got news of those loyal to the Emperor, including his father. He tells Chong Li Ming the Emperor had died by poison and he needs to uncover the truth behind it.
The New Yan Shi Fan Leader
- Chong Li Ming agrees to be the new Yan Shi Fan leader and wants to reorganize it.
- The next day, Chong Li Ming calls all his Shen Ji Ying brothers and tells them he wants them to be new Yan Shi Fan members. He asks for all the three keys back from the original members.
- Chong Li Ming tells his friends in order to enter Yan Shi Fan they must complete his task. They need to find the crimes of people on a list, all royal members and advisors.
- A Yi gets released. Yu Chu follows him and asks him questions. He runs into the same bad men on the streets. He’s offended Qing Bang, a criminal organization. They start fighting. A Yi defeats them all.
