• Fan Xing looks at Yuan Song’s resignation letter. She wants to know why he’s resigning. He doesn’t want to see people from Ai Jia. Yuan Song starts explaining and gets interrupted. They drop the conversation and Fan Xing heads out to the meeting.
• She doesn’t want to be an obstacle in his career. Yuan Song hugs her from behind. He feels he doesn’t match up to her.

• Fan Xing has lunch with Song Xue. She doesn’t get why Yuan Song doesn’t tell her about the ex. Xiao Yu comes and complains about being pregnant. She doesn’t complain about her husband.
• Lu Ming drops Su Li home. He tells her not to slip anything to Cong Xiao.
• It’s May 20th. Yuan Song and Min Min meet early at her condo to start the construction. She asks him about his girlfriend who they mistook as the cleaning lady. Min Min tells him she’s willing to be his backup. He tells her she shouldn’t be anyone’s backup.

Cong Xiao & Chang Huan

• Cong Xiao is annoyed to go meet with a pervy client. Chang Huan decides to go with her. They see Lu Ming downstairs and Cong Xiao goes chat with him.
• Lu Ming brings Fan Xing to eat dessert. He lies to his sister and uses Fan Xing to pretend they’re spending May 20th together. They take pictures to send to her.
• Cong Xiao meets with her client. He asks when she’s free for a dinner with him. His wife walks in and proceeds to slap Cong Xiao. Chang Huan steps in to take the hit. The wife lectures Cong Xiao for leading him on.
• Cong Xiao thanks Chang Huan. She feels bad he got slapped. She tells him to stop waiting for her and to give Qing Qing a chance. Cong Xiao knew he liked him ever since he hit her flower shop ex boyfriend. Now that the truth is out he doesn’t think they can still be friends. Chang Huan tells her they can only be coworkers for now. They shake hands and Chang Huan leaves.

• Fan Xing gets ready to head out. Can Yang gives her something to give to Yuan Song. She’s sullen after reading it.

May 20th Valentine’s

• Fan Xing meets up with Yuan Song. They hold hands on the street.

• Yuan Song brings her to a clay making class. They re-enact the scene from Ghost. Yuan Song thinks no gift is better than making it yourself. That way when they drink their cups they’ll think of one another. Though it’s romantic they won’t ever be able to make cups this way. They sit separately to finish making their clay cups.
