- Hai Tang moves her mother to another hospital. She tells Xia He to stay away from Lang family. She tells him Lang family killed their father. Hai Tang wants revenge.
- Shi Di Wen shows Yue Ming all the supplies they took. Yue Ming visits Shi Ji Zhou. He asks to take some supplies. Ji Zhou gives him some.
- Yue Ming tells Manager Shang he paid for supplies that were 3 times more expensive than market price. He wants to reduce the use of the materials in their products to make up the cost.
Hai Tang Works On The Fu Rong Gao
- Hai Tang arrives to Shi Hang Lu. Shi Ji Zhou wants her to complete the Fu Rong Gao. Yue Xuan and Ah Wen chat. He finds out Yue Ming solved the supply shortage.
- The hospital discharges Hai Tang’s mother.
- Si Nian yells at Yue Ming for going to Shi Ji Zhou. He knows Yue Ming tampered with the lipstick as well. Yue Ming wants his dad’s approval and doesn’t like that Yue Xuan is always better than him.

- Hai Tang arrives with Shi Ji Zhou and Ah Wen. Her house is on fire. Yue Xuan carries out Xia He. He tells her her mother has passed. Hai Tang faints.
- The next day Shi Ji Zhou and Long De Shui visit Si Nian. They need a representative to go to the business alliance meeting in Nanfang. They tell Si Nian to go. Si Nian agrees to go for Kunyang.
