- Fang Lie visits his mom who pretends she is feeling unwell. He’s happy to hear his dad doesn’t want him to go to work.
- Fang Lie rushes to Xiao Qi. She’s awake at Fang Leng’s home. He can’t believe Xiao Qi risked her life to try to save him. He tells Fang Leng Xiao Qi makes him feel special.
- Fang Leng lectures Xiao Qi on being so reckless with her life. She tells him she only treats Fang Lie as a friend.
- Xiao Qi heads back to the burnt hotel room and finds the space communicator missing. The researcher heads in and finds a sapphire.
- Allen the researcher tells Jiang Xue Xiao Qi stole the sapphires but they need more evidence.
Fang Leng Takes Care of Xiao Qi
- Xiao Qi feels sad that she can’t go “home”. She wants to stay with Fang Leng. He decides to stay at home and work.
- Xiao Qi eats raw vegetables. Fang Leng cooks for her.
- Xiao Qi showers and wears his clothes. He gets embarrassed and tells her to change. She starts to remove her clothes in front of him. He leaves.
- Xiao Qi comes into his bedroom and wants him to drink with her. She’s scared she’ll be alone on this planet. Fang Leng tells her everyone feels like that sometimes. They look at stars together.
- The next morning, Fang Leng tells her they’re still investigating the sapphire case. She’s scared and wonders what to do. She decides to confess.
- Fang Lie’s mom apologizes to Shi Da. Shi Da says he’ll let Fang Lie do what he wants to do. Fang Lie doesn’t want to work for the company, angering his mom. She tells him she set the fire. Fang Lie leaves, upset.
- Fang Lie visits Xiao Qi. He says Fang Leng has changed her. Fang Leng sees the two of them together.
- Xiao Qi tries to confess to Fang Leng. He thinks she’s talking about Fang Lie and him. He’s jealous and tells her she can only look at him from now on. Fang Leng kisses her.
