- Xing Yun tells Xia Ke to be secretive and not let her dad find out he’s living beside. She brings him breakfast.
- Shen Qing brings Xia Ke and Xing Yun to lunch. Shen Qing asks about the two of them and Xing Yun says they’re not together yet.
- Amy comes back to work at TIG. The team decides to celebrate at night.
- He Yu waits for Yao Qing. She asks if he likes her. He stutters and she thinks it’s funny if he does after all these years.
- Amy discusses the horrors of working at other companies. She realizes what a great company TIG is.
- Xing Yun waters the plants on the patio. Xia Ke is also outside. They chat and she warms his hands up.
- Xia Ke and Xing Yun spend their days working to revive TIG, working overtime at his home, and her bringing food over for him. Xing Yun’s dad gets suspicious.
The Confession
- Xia Ke asks Xing Yun if she feels in love. She doesn’t want to think about dating when TIG is in this state. He doesn’t want them to leave it up to chance anymore. Xia Ke doesn’t want to wait anymore and wants them to go public but if Xing Yun isn’t ready he’s willing to wait until she is. Xing Yun kisses him.
- Xing Yun’s dad is upset. Her mom tries to calm him. They open up a nice bottle of wine.
- Shen Qing and Xiao Xi arrive. She congratulates them on finally being together. He Yu, Yao Qing, Chu Nan come over to celebrate. Xing Yun sneaks back home after.
- Xia Ke and Xing Yun go for a walk and talk about what their plans are. Xing Yun says she’ll go shopping.
- After his meeting, Xia Ke heads to his home. Shen Qing is there. Turns out he didn’t sell it. Xing Yun calls Shen Qing on help to buy a tie for Xia Ke. Shen Qing lectures Xia Ke for lying and being a bad boyfriend.
- Xia Ke finds Xing Yun outside the mall. He piggybacks her.
