- Hai Tang questions Yue Xuan about the proposal gifts. She feels that something is off. Yue Xuan says he’ll give her time to think about the proposal.
- Mo Hua apologizes to Hai Tang. She doesn’t know what to do. Hai Tang is confused by the situation. Mo Hua says she can marry Yue Xuan in Hai Tang’s place.
- The next day Hai Tang meets with Yue Xuan. She’s willing to marry him. Yue Xuan acts weird. They drink and speak heart-to-heart.
- Hai Tang goes visit Yue Ming’s home. She sees drawings of her on the desk. She meets Yue Xuan and he gifts her a garden.
- The Lang manor prepares for the wedding. Mo Hua gives Hai Tang her wedding dress.
- Hai Tang prepares for her wedding. Mo Hua comes see her. The family celebrates with their friends. Yue Xuan overdrinks and is unconscious for the wedding day.
- Hai Tang helps Mo Hua with her makeup and wedding outfit. Long De Shui comes and drags Mo Hua away.
- Hai Tang gets ready and steps into the bridal sedan chair. She arrives to Lang manor and the two complete the marriage ceremony.
- After the ceremony, Hai Tang arrives in the west house. The groom lifts Hai Tang’s veil and she sees it’s not Yue Xuan. She realizes she married Yue Ming and not Yue Xuan. Hai Tang knows she’s been lied to and is extremely angry.
- Hai Tang leaves. Yue Ming stops her and his mask falls off. She sees his true face and faints.
