- Hai Tang and Mo Hua catch up. Mo Hua doesn’t understand why Yue Xuan continues to ignore her. She wants to confess to him. Mo Hua doesn’t want Hai Tang to be angry at Yue Xuan.
- Hai Tang walks around and wants to buy a sea shell but doesn’t have enough money. Yue Xuan pays for it. She wants to use the shell to make a new mask for Yue Ming. Yue Xuan tells her he’ll help her in anything that she wants.
- Hai Tang visits her maiden home and chats with Xia He about using the Babai powder to remove scarring. She wants to find a magical plant that can help in scarring.
- Hai Tang gives Yue Ming the new mask. She wants him to keep his spirits up to help in the healing.
- Miao Lan gives Yue Xuan a perfume sachet. He thinks of a new idea and wants to create perfume beads.
The Order Runs Into Trouble
- The business leaders try to find Shi Ji Zhou and are angry they haven’t gotten paid yet. Ah Wen tries to calm them down.
- Hua Ji Li complains and takes the order away from Shi Ji Zhou. Ji Zhou wants the Lang family to take over the order.
- Ah Wen begs for help from Si Nian and Yue Xuan. Si Nian takes the order and enforces strict regulations for it. They take the goods away from Shi Ji Zhou.
- Mo Hua asks her father’s help to find reporters. Mo Hua dresses up and plans a party. She invites Yue Xuan She tells Hai Tang she wants to confess to Yue Xuan in front of everyone.
- Mo Hua asks Hai Tang for help in confessing to Yue Xuan. If Yue Xuan doesn’t accept, Mo Hua says she’ll kill herself.
- Hai Tang finds Yue Xuan and tells him about Mo Hua. He says he only treats Mo Hua like a sibling and can’t lie to Mo Hua about his feelings.
