- Fang Leng meets with Doctor Zhang. He’s confused as to why Fang Leng forgot Xiao Qi this time it rained. Fang Leng doesn’t want Xiao Qi to help him anymore.
Forgetting XIao Qi
- Han and Doctor Zhang talk. They feel Fang Leng has returned back to his old self before Xiao Qi appeared in his life.
- Doctor Zhang finds Xiao Qi and tells her about Fang Leng’s memory loss. He feels Fang Leng was aggravated by Fang Lie’s kiss to Xiao Qi. To protect himself, he forgot Xiao Qi and replaced it with feelings of hate towards her.
- Han shows Fang Leng tapes of Xiao Qi. They’ve been tampered with and deleted.
- Fang Leng finds Xiao Qi. He acts cold to her and asks about their relationship.
- Xiao Qi doesn’t agree to breaking up. She wants to help him get better.
Xiao Qi Doesn’t Give Up
- The next day Xiao Qi delivers food to Fang Leng. He wants to give her money to go away. She tries to think of other ways to jog his memory.
- Xiao Qi sneaks into his home and ties him up. She lies and tells him he never liked her. Fang Leng believes her. He’d rather never have any memory of her.
- Jiang Xue wants Fang Lie to fire Xiao Qi and for her to stay away from Fang Leng. He doesn’t agree.
- Xiao Qi and Fang Lie talk. She thinks it’s for the best that Fang Leng doesn’t remember her.
- Fang Leng tries to fire Xiao Qi but Fang Lie stops him and doesn’t let him fire her.
- Jiang Xue finds Fang Leng. She tells him she knows about his amnesia.
- Uncle Kang and Aunt Zhou leak Fang Leng and Xiao Qi’s relationship to the media. Fang Leng thinks Xiao Qi did it.
The Banquet
- The next day Xiao Qi attends the banquet to help Fang Leng fix the rumour. Jiang Xue arrives and tells Xiao Qi to come clean.
- The media harass Xiao Qi. She lies to protect Fang Leng.
