Fan Xing’s New Friendship
- Lu Ming and Fan Xing go shopping. He wants her help to pick out a gift for his love. Can Yang snoops in the mall looking for Fan Xing. He runs into Min Min and drags her for dessert. He wants them to be friends. She thinks it’s impossible for guys to be friends with girls unless they’re interested in something more.
- In the parking lot, Fan Xing sees Can Yang’s car. She calls him and he lies and says he’s at home. After, Lu Ming gives a necklace to her as thanks for taking care of Zhao Tao Hua.
- Fan Xing talks to her parents. She tells her parents Lu Ming is the boss of her company’s advertising company (who they thought who she’s having an affair with). Fan Xing finds out they ate fried chicken behind her back.
- Lu Ming and Min Min eat out at night. He’s given the other necklace to Min Min. Lu Ming hints to Min Min that Can Yang might be interested in her.
Badminton Date
- Fan Xing and Yuan Song go play badminton. They both hide the fact that they know how to play and can play well. Slowly, they get more and more competitive. Yuan Song wins and Fan Xing injures her neck. After, Yuan Song plays with others while Fan Xing sits out.
- In the locker room the girls gossip about Fan Xing. They wonder if Yuan Song is only being Fan Xing’s boyfriend as a job. Fan Xing overhears and puts on a brave face.
- Yuan Song talks on the phone with Mei Yin and asks her to stop buying things for him.
Fan Xing Can’t Cook
- Fan Xing and Yuan Song head to his place. She cooks for him and makes a mess in the kitchen.
- Lu Ming plays pool with Steven. He thinks the age gap between Fan Xing and her boyfriend is too large and they’ll break up eventually. He wonders what young people do when they date.
- Yuan Song makes food for Fan Xing. He tells her about his family. His parents divorced at an early age. Fan Xing loses her necklace.
- Fan Xing can’t fall asleep at night. She thinks about Yuan Song’s conversation with Mei Yin.
- The next morning Lu Ming brings Fan Xing to the doctors for her neck.
- Cong Xiao runs into her ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend. She finds out Chang Huan got injured for her, when he went to fight the jerk.
- Cong Xiao invites Fan Xing out for lunch. She wants Fan Xing to introduce her to Lu Ming.
