- Wen Jie and Song Qian decide to ask the kids directly.
- Song Qian gives Ying Zi fast food for dinner. Song Qian is nervous and doesn’t know how to ask.
- Wen Jie tells Fang Yuan Yi Fan is dating Ying Zi. Wen Jie and Fang Yuan act out the hug. Lei Lei sees. They ask him who Yi Fan is close with. He tells them Yi Fan usually hangs out with Ying Zi and him.
- Wen Jie and Fang Yuan wonder what to do. They head upstairs to talk to Song Qian.
- Ying Zi heads out to talk to Lei Lei about school. Song Qian watches them drink from the same cup.
- Song Qian thinks they’re dating. Fang Yuan and Wen Jie says if it’s true they’ll oppose. They call Wei Dong over. Song Qian looks through Ying Zi’s phone but can’t unlock it.
- The kids see a thief sneak into Yang Yang’s home. They rush down to warn him.
- They see the thief has written a chemistry problem on the wall.
- Fang Yuan and Wen Jie take Yi Fan’s phone. They find evidence supporting Yi Fan and Ying Zi dating.
- The next morning the parents sit down with Yi Fan and Ying Zi. The kids are confused at what’s happening. Fang Yuan tells Yi Fan to explain his text messages with Ying Zi.
- Yi Fan and Ying Zi swear they are not dating. They treat each other as brothers.
- The parents start arguing with each other.
