Plot Synopsis:
Xia Zhuo, who has a “super brain”, wins the World College Student Super Brain Competition easily, but is framed. His roommate and rival Ouyang Jun is also disqualified from his degree for cheating. Two buddies, money-enthusiast Lin An Bang and Yi Zi Meng, a “singer” with a star dream, is still at a loss for their future.
The timing coincides with the enlistment season of college students. When they see the Rocket Army’s propaganda film, they are shocked and plan to enlist, but everyone’s purpose is different. After some twists and turns, the four people join the Rocket Army’s ace troop – the 270 brigade.
At the same time, the 270 brigade is also facing a major dilemma to upgrade itself. After Xia Zhuo and the others experience rigorous training, they officially become a rocket soldier.
Brigade Commander An Lei is determined to overturn the traditions of the Rocket Army, and wants to form a combined nuclear and permanent, highly maneuverable company – the war blade company. He mobilizes the best veterans and recruits of the brigade to join this experimental company.
The four elders of the 270th Brigade, Lang Yong Cheng, Chen Hao Feng, Wang Xian Min, and Hou Ji Dong also grow up with the changes. Together the veterans and recruits slowly grow up in the War Blade Company.
