Summary: The Chinese drama focuses on two special professions: firefighters and emergency doctors. Plot Synopsis:
Huo Yan graduated from the Fire Department and becomes the deputy head of the fire station. He meets emergency doctor Yan Lan in an incident when she cuts off a taxi and rescues a pregnant woman.
The acquaintance of the two begins with a misunderstanding. Huo Yan, the “veteran cadre”, feels that Yan Lan was the only uncertain factor in his life, and the relationship between the two experiences ups and downs.
In the inter-provincial reinforcement of an earthquake event, Huo Yan and Yan Lan witness life-and-death triggered by extreme conditions, and their feelings grow stronger for one another.
The association between firefighters and doctors allow them to work better together in rescue incidents. Yan Lan, who has medical ideals, devotes all of her efforts to rescue the wounded. And Huo Yan silently supports Yan Lan in his own way.
On the other hand, newly-trained firefighter Jiang Tong gradually falls in love with the seemingly shrinking and fearful firefighter Wang Da Yin.
Caught in the family’s strong opposition and Wang Da Yin’s fear, Jiang Tong wants to explore the story behind Wang Da Yin, and in the process, Wang Da Yin gradually becomes a man with a sense of mission and responsibility.
