Summary: The Chinese drama is adapted from the novel of the same name by Mingyue Tingfeng. It tells the story of restaurant girl Ju Mu Er, who is skilled in playing the guqin. In order to clear her master’s name, Shi Bo Yin, she accidentally gets acquainted with the richest man in the city, Long Yue. They search for the truth as husband in wife and gradually fall in love in the process.
Plot Synoposis:
Ju Mu Er’s original leisure life changes rapidly due to the unjust death of her master Shi Bo Yin. As a result, she becomes blinded and breaks into the life of Long Yue, the richest man in Beijing.
Ju Mu’er is determined to vindicate her master. Unexpectedly, one after another, cases involve her and Long Yue.
While investigating the case, Ju Mu Er is forced to marry an already married man.
In order to find relief, she offers to marry Long Yue for the agreement.
As time passes, the two gradually fall in love. Ju Mu Er does not want her master’s case to implicate the Long Family, so she creates a misunderstanding for Long Yue to divorce her.
Afterwards, Long Yue learns the truth, and the two marry again. As the investigation deepens, the case becomes more complicated and confusing. Ju Mu Er almost dies, and the Long family also falls into an unprecedented predicament.
The two hold each other in their hearts, but they have to temporarily divorce to confront the enemy together.
Finally when the truth comes to light and everything is settled, Long Yue once again marries Ju Mu Er. They marry for the third time, and finally embrace happiness.
