Plot Synoposis:
Beijing Jiaotong University, is known as a strong national debate school. In order to reduce the pressures of the school debate team, Youth League Teacher Ben Yu pieces together a “backup team” specifically for mixed scores.
Since the day the team is formed, this scattered team is ridiculed by the entire school.
From “resignation” to “inspirational”, the members of the backup team gradually gains fun, knowledge, and friendship through debate.
The stubborn and arrogant Xiao Yu learns to listen and tolerate in debate, and Tao Hao, who blindly pleases others, learns to say “no” to others.
The confused Nan Bei finds their way through life with logical thinking, while Ma Nan, who is afraid of entering society, stops escaping with the help of his teammates.
Debate teaches them a lot, and they really fall in love with it. However, the school team worries that the rapidly successful backup team will dominate the national competition and start to make things difficult.
In order to participate in the national competition of their dreams, everyone goes through many twists and turns, and finally they encounter their archenemy in the semi-finals of the national competition.
