Summary: The drama is adapted from a novel of the same name. After encountering accidents and separation, they finally reunite, but a series of misunderstandings occur due to the tricks of Jiang Ze’s father.
Plot Synoposis:
Zhou Yan Zhao and Xiao Meng have loved each other for many years. Zhou Yan Zhao returns to meet Xiao Meng on her 22nd birthday as agreed. But, Zhou’s father dies unexpectedly, and he has to accept his fate of taking over his father’s real estate company.
Because the suspect who killed Zhou Yan Zhao’s father was Xiao Meng’s mother, the love between them is broken. Zhou Yan Zhao enters the Shenghai Group, and faces his opponent Jiang Qing Cheng again and again. He experiences business crises, betrayal, failure of financing, engineering accidents, and discovers many secrets.
As for Xiao Meng, she goes through many different careers all while carrying Zhou Yan Zhao’s misunderstanding and hatred with her. She never gives up, and at the same time she always gives back to charities to help the children of welfare homes. Xiao Meng works hard to make herself stronger and better.
After several ups and downs, the contradictions and misunderstandings between the two gradually disappear. Zhou Yan Zhao and Zhou Xiao Meng join hands to find out the real murderer behind the plot, and also retake Shenghai Group from Jiang Qing Cheng. Eventually, the two reopen their hearts and fall in love with each other.

Heir to the Shenghai Group. He is arrogant and indifferent. He was with Zhou Xiao Meng but he misunderstood her due to his father’s unexpected death. After becoming the boss, he was tortured and retaliated against endlessly until the truth surfaced. After, he feels guilty, and finally came to terms with Zhou Xiao Meng and starts over again with her.
Lai Yu Meng 赖雨濛 as Zhou Xiao Meng 周晓萌
A children’s show host. Her mother remarried into the Zhou family during her childhood, and she becomes childhood sweethearts with Zhou Yan Zhao. They split due to Yan Zhao’s father’s accidental death. After several twists and turns, things finally come to an end and she and Zhou Yan Zhao restart their life together.
