Summary: The Chinese drama is based on Lu Yin Gong’s novel of the same name. The drama follows the Xia family – Nan Li, Xia Jun Shan and their daughters Xia Huan Huan, Xia Chao Chao and the Yan family – Tian Yu Lan, Yan Peng, and son Yan Zi You as they grow and learn from one another.
Plot Synopsis:
Nan Li is anxious about the decline in her daughter Huan Huan’s grades and realizes the necessity of private tutoring. Since then, Huan Huan embarks on the hard path of tutoring.
The whole family revolves around Huan Huan’s elementary studies. After a series of small and large incidents, Nan Li and Xia Jun Shan finally come to their senses and decide to give their children a happy childhood.
Nan Li’s classmate and colleague Tian Yu Lan is pregnant with a second child, and always doesn’t trust her husband Yan Peng. She wears the pants, which affects the relationship between husband and wife. Yu Lan focuses on cultivating her son Yan Zi You.
Yan Ziyou is a model child in the eyes of many parents, but the pressure from his mother makes him mentally unbalanced whenever he has an important competition.
Zhang Xue Er is the head teacher of Xia Huan Huan and Yan Zi You. She is touched by the diligence of rural child Mi Tao and volunteers to make up lessons for her, but it becomes reported by others as unfair treatment.
She leaves the school in frustration, but she refuses Yan Qing’s solicitation and starts a private tutoring school.
Due to excessive stress, Mi Tao goes back to her hometown to recuperate. Xue Er becomes determined to return to school to give her students a better education.
